Adiba Jaigirdar takes us on the Publishing Roller Coaster with book deals and rejections, Julian Winters grapples with imposter syndrome, and Darcy Little Badger counsels perseverance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;BIPOC authors know, all too well, what it is to be bled of joy,&#8221; says Julie C.
